Refund Policy: Since our programs involve significant time, planning, and personalized support, including emotional involvement, we strictly do not offer refunds once the program begins.

But we understand that life happens, and flexibility matters. Here’s our policy:

• Program Pause: Ideally, there is nothing to pause or start; everything needs to fit into your life, including ups and downs. But in case of unavoidable situations (like illness, travel, or emergencies), you can pause your program once for up to 30 days during the 3 months. Just inform us in advance so we can adjust your schedule.​
